Step 1: What You'll Need
- A soft measuring tape (or a ribbon + ruler)
- Paper and pen to record measurements
- A helper (a friend or family member)
Tip: Wear your usual undergarments or a form-fitting outfit—avoid bulky layers for the most accurate measurements!
Step 2: How to Measure – 5 Key Points
Stand naturally with feet together, arms relaxed at your sides, and without shoes.
A. Height
Measure from the top of your head straight down to the floor (barefoot). This helps us determine the ideal dress length for your frame.
B. Hollow to Floor
Measure from the center of your collarbone (the "hollow") straight down to the floor. This determines the dress length and hem style.
C. Bust
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it level and parallel to the floor. The tape should be snug but not tight—leave room for one finger.
D. Waist
Find your natural waist—the narrowest part of your torso, typically just above the belly button. Measure around it comfortably without sucking in.
E. Hips
Measure around the fullest part of your hips, typically 7–9 inches below your natural waist. Keep your feet together for an accurate reading.
